Volunteers & Members
In order to enrich our community with educational and environmental programs the Friends rely on the help from committed volunteers and members. Individuals as well as local service organizations and clubs volunteer on a regular basis, helping us to remove litter from the grounds, remove alien vegetation from the He'eia stream and to enhance facilities used by schools and local organizations.
The Friends hold an annual banquet in order to recognize these committed individuals. Several membership nights and family days are also sponsored by the Friends throughout the year in order to bring these outstanding members of our community together.
